At The Willow Saver, we value our customer and aim to be transparent with our policies. Due to the nature of cricket equipment, the following guidelines apply.
- General Policy
- Items are final sale once original packaging has been removed, item is used. Used or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Returns sent after 7 days or without proper documents will be refused.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and delivery.
- Use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Customers outside Canada are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees on delivery or return.
- Exclusions from Return/Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, promotional, or clearance items
- Personalized products
- Protective gear and personal items (e.g., thigh guards, abdominal guards, clothing)
- Helmets or items that touch the skin once used
- Items with damaged packaging or signs of use
- Cricket Bats
- Bats are not eligible for return once original packaging is removed.

- How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email thewillowsaver@gmail.com within the return period.
- Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return. Include photos/videos if needed.
- We will review your request and guide you.
- If approved, ship the item back with tracking details.
