At The Willow Saver, we value our customer and aim to be transparent with our policies. Due to the nature of cricket equipment, the following guidelines apply.

  1. General Policy
    • Items are final sale once original packaging has been removed, item is used. Used or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
    • Returns sent after 7 days or without proper documents will be refused.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and delivery.
    • Use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
    • Customers outside Canada are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees on delivery or return.
  1. Exclusions from Return/Exchange
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Sale, promotional, or clearance items
    • Personalized products
    • Protective gear and personal items (e.g., thigh guards, abdominal guards, clothing)
    • Helmets or items that touch the skin once used
    • Items with damaged packaging or signs of use
  1. Cricket Bats
    • Bats are not eligible for return once original packaging is removed.

  1. How to Start a Return or Exchange
    • Email thewillowsaver@gmail.com within the return period.
    • Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return. Include photos/videos if needed.
    • We will review your request and guide you.
    • If approved, ship the item back with tracking details.
